The Pequin (or Piquin) pepper is commonly used as a spice and starts out green, ripening to red at maturity. The popular Cholula hot sauce brand lists "piquin" peppers and Chile de Arbol peppers among its ingredients.

    it only took 6 days for my first seeds to sprout. incredible. i also bought some other ones that took a little longer, but i have had success so far.

    Thanks guys. We grew Pequin peppers from your seeds becasue these are the ones we use in our hot sauce. We'll have to send you some to try!
