When ripe, the Kiwano Melon has yellow-orange skin and lime green, jelly-like flesh. The taste of Kiwano Melon is described as a combination of pineapple, banana, and cucumber. The Kiwano Melon grows on a vine, and it’s part of the cucumber family of fruits. It’s packed with vitamins and plenty of fiber so it’s quite a nutritious tropical fruit to grow and eat.
