A new variety that was developed at Innovation Acre, Jay's White Ghost Scorpion was created by crossing a White Ghost pepper and Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion. The peppers start off light green and eventually ripen to a creamy white color. Jay's White Ghost Scorpion peppers grow into various shapes, with most having tails like a Trinidad Scorpion. The white skin is thin and bumpy like a Ghost pepper. Although the heat level is not quite as hot as Jay's Peach Ghost Scorpion, the peppers are extremely hot and have a sweet, fruity flavor, similar to the Ghost pepper. Jay's White Ghost Scorpion pepper averages about from 800,000 Scoville Heat Units (SHU).
At Tyler Farms, we grow our plants the old fashioned way: no pesticides, no synthetic fertilizers, and we only use all natural fertilizers like worm castings and fish emulsion.
Plants are shipped in 3 inch reusable plastic pots and are approximately 4 to 6 inches tall.
